  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this school! When comparing the two preschools in my town I was so impressed with IRNS. The smaller class size makes it possible for the teachers to really get to know my child. I loved the bright sunny play space and felt welcomed the moment I walked into the room. The teachers are just amazing! They are warm, nurturing, energetic, intuitive and passionate about what they do! I love that the classes are mixed ages and not separated by age. My child has gone on several field trips this year which was a big selling point for me. He also has movement, music and art incorporated into every day! They spend lots of time outdoors on the beautiful new playground which was also important to me and I like the fact that while I am not required to "help out" in the classroom there is an open door policy and I can visit the class anytime! I feel like both my children who attended this school were kindergarten ready when they graduated. If you are looking for an alternative to public preschool that uses a scientific backed play based curriculum, this is your school! Oh, and the tuition is very affordable and they offer tuition assistance, fantastic!

  This is my son's second, and sadly final, year at IRNS. The experience has been absolutely amazing. He has grown so much and in so many ways by attending this wonderful little school. The teachers are kind, patient and amazing at what they do. The class space is warm and welcoming and full of learning opportunities in the form of art, play and imagination. This year the teachers and students built an igloo, complete with penguins and icicle lights, a space station and a cookie bakery. Every day my son comes home having learned something new and excited to tell me about his day. He gets to do a daily "job" like weather, flag, line leader, special share, and his absolute favorite... snack helper! He has learned through all of these things how to be a good friend to his classmates and how to transition from one task to another. He has also learned how to write his name and recognize letters and numbers. The only thing that could possibly make it better is if they also had kindergarten!

  IRNS is a great pre-school, with dedicated teachers, wonderful facilities and amazing families. All three of my children attended IRNS and had a wonderful first school experience.
